Chris practices in the areas of workers' compensation, public employee retirement law and social security disability. He is a certified specialist in workers compensation law. In 1998, he earned his juris doctor from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. He received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in 1994, majoring in political science.

Chris is a member of the State Bar of California-Workers Compensation Section, the Bar Association of San Francisco and the California Applicants Attorneys Association, for which he served as San Francisco Chapter President from 2002-2004. He lives with his wife, Andrea and daughter, Darcy in San Francisco.
