Seth's experience includes representing injured workers in workers' compensation cases and employment law. His employment experience includes litigating cases under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as representing individuals who have been discriminated against on the basis of age, sex, disability and race, He has also litigated wage and hour claims, and represented individuals in claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. He has successfully mediated numerous cases, and has extensive law and motion experience, in both Federal and State courts.

Seth graduated from the University of Washington in 1998, where he was on the Dean's List with honors. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2003, where he obtained a certificate in International and Comparative Law with honors. He is a current member of the California State Bar.
