Kathleen is a legal nurse consultant and has been a key member of our litigation team since 1988. The combination of her medical experience as a nurse along with the insights of a counselor provides the foundation for her years of advocacy for injured and disabled clients. Her contributions in case management and medical-legal research have aided us enormously in the preparation and trial of major personal injury cases, workers' compensation issues and social security disability cases.

After graduating with honors from the School of Nursing at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Kathleen received her Master's Degree in counseling from San Francisco State University. She is currently a NIOHS funded doctoral student in Occupational and Environmental Health Nursing at the University of California, San Francisco where her research focus is aimed at understanding the range of consequences following a work-related injury, to both the individual and family.
